Looking for a bit of advice from a trained pysio
Two years ago while in america I landed with all my weight on my right arm while playing basketball, dislocating my shoulder
Its been out properly another twice since and slight dislocations on a few ocations also.
Most recent dislocation was 3 days ago and I have my lifegaurd course 2 weeks from now 
I am looking into shoulder straps but have a wee dilemma 
Do I go for a £29 single shoulder strap (doesnt mention dislo in details, just muscle injury)
Or
Do I go for a £49 full shoulder support jacket (IMO looks daft and the cheap one will do same job, but it mentions shoulder dislo)
