What a pile of shite it is!

3 times i've listed my phone now and 3 times some nigerian bitch has used the buy it now and wants me to ship it for her husbands birthday anniversary!

the first two times ebay had told me she was fraud and had automatically refunded my listing fee etc. This 3rd time ebay hasn't done this so I dont know what to do. How do I go about reporting the user? and how do I get my listing fee back.

open a dispute via ebay.

Google it and it comes up with the help page first, which u can follow and it walks you through it from there

make sure you dispute it or you still get charged for the listings
