sold some wheels on flea bay, sold as having 2mm tread before limits for 120 + 45 postage. noticed only today 1 tyre is bald on the inner edge. have gave buyer 30 quid gift refund, think thats fair?

I wouldn't fit wheels with 2mm tread 2nd hand tyres anyway. There is nothing in that and the legal limit. Prob just wanted the wheels and was fitting new tyres. £30 is generous imo.

£30 is more than fair imo, just about enough for a new tyre or a very decent partworn.
