just fitted coilovers to my corsa and iv found that my tyres are rubbing of the coils themselves
does this just mean i need spacers?or will it sort itself out?

Spacers maybe or could be that the camber is so much the tyres touching the shock?

i reckon you need spacers mate same thing happened to me a few days ago.

Are the holes for the top strut-to-hub bolt elongated? You can loosen the bolts off and adjust it slightly as it will give you less camber which will stop it rubbing.

Most people have to use 5mm spacers

i tried doing that dave and i ended up with both wheels going oppisite ways haha.il try the spacers,can i drive without them for now?or will it make things worse?

are they cheap coilovers?
this happened to my mates when i brought some ebay ones but with his FK ones it was fine, that was with cav slabs aswell so all correct offset etc

both mine faced opposite ways when i done that as well.

Your tracking will need re-aligning after putting the suspension on anyway, you need to do it after adjusting camber as well. So after changing the suspension and adjusting the camber, you need to do it twice as badly

If your tyre is rubbing on the spring, then NO it will wear tyre away and you could get a blow out!

Did you say you HAVE got elongated top bolt holes that fix to the top of the hub? If so i dont see how you cant sort it by loosening it off and adjusting it till its atleast not rubbing the tyre against the spring. Took 10 minutes to adjust mine,dont even need to take the wheels off.
