Balancing is the weights (usually attached to the inside of the wheel or the out lip)

is it best taking it to a mechanic to do that or just go to a tyre garage and get them to do it?

inner cv joint will give you vibration/feedback when accelerating, outer will make noises when turning on full lock

just rule everything out so even tyre tred on both front wheels same size and pressure, get both wheels balanced then do wheel tracking and while its up in the air check the drive shafts and see if ya got play in shaft or cv
