hey guys iv heard these give you 20bhp? just wondering whether anyone had done a 0-60 test? im torn between gettin a 1.4 sport with this manifold and decent exhaust manifold or a vtr? so just wanted to know how much accerleration you'd get more thanks

onyl way to find out is do it and put it on the rollers lol

but i left a vtr with just this power box

no exhaust mani

i used to leave vtrs standing in my near standard 1.4

10/15 bhp tops I have one fitted to my 1.6 sport best mod I ever fitted to the car.

Great mod to do. I had a 1.4 sport with 4 branch, crappy induction kit, full exhaust with decat and the inlet manifold which was rolling roaded at 103bhp.

Actually now I think about it when it was rolling roaded it didnt have the 4 branch, and just had a backbox rather than full exhaust system. So induction kit + inlet manifold + backbox = 103bhp lol

my mate has one of them on his wiv a 4 branch ss exhasut cat cams and it leaves cav redtops and ford puma racing there 150 bhp gives u a good boost from 4 grand plus vtrs are wank get a corsa
