Doubt it was stolen to order, My money is on it is in bedfordshire. The thing with the car theft crew there is they get an amount for the car IE astra VXR would earn them about £500. Then it is passed onto the next party who either strip it completly, use all the parts for a donor car or use a cat d/c car to use the plates and info from

they get between 300 and 500 a drop
They normally take cars across borders so iits harder to track as the car was stolen under one contabulary but is tracked through another force and we all know how shite police are at communicating between forces
It will be used on a job or as transport to another car
