yeah i have seen some other plants that look like cannabis, that ones a dead ringer tho..
Ditch is right, u could keep it alive, make it grow, but without the specialist shit, it will just make lame weed that tastes like cow parsley..

Well its in a sunny position now so i'll just leave it where it is
does it have to be at leat 12 hours sun or now more than 12 as being summer its getting more than 12 hours light

It needs to be in a greenhouse. It does need 12hours light, and 12hours dark like 3CM said, before it will flower properley.

cut a 2liter coke bottle at the bottom and stick it over it..."dont worry about the leaves hitting the edges"....this will give the green house effect.....the heat of the sun will double...if not triple in a coke bottle......

But its survived up till now with out it and a green hose isnt going to change the sex of the plant. We will just have to wait and see

best thing to do with it, if u want the risk, and cheap option.
Start moving it outside for sun for 12hrs in day and move it inside in a pitch black cupboard for 12hrs a day, or just put a bucket over it.
gotta do the 12hrs thing for rest of its life, after a couple of weeks u will be able to tell the sex, as see if its worth doing anything with.
u don't want it near other plants cos it could pollenate and then u don't get buds, u get seeds.
its gonna be a waste of time and a risk that ain't worth it.
or u could go a buy all the bulbs, transformers, big electricity bill, ph kits, chemicals, RO water, air conditioning, build an air tight room and do it properly.
