Is that the M3 junction? Yes it is.
That is the reason, massive traffic flow from the M3 joining the M25. M3 is a main route out of London.

J16 - 12 are a PITA - M40 junction then M4 junction then Heathrow T4/T5 then M3

M25 Clacket lane services - Full.
M25/M3 Full
M25 Tunnel/Bridge - Full.
Gone are the 30 minutes Dartford to Gatwick days, or the 1 hour Dartford to Guildford days

its all those fkcing idiots who skip between lanes because one is slightly faster than the other. then you get the tits who use the fast lane until the last minute, where their turn off is causing everyone else to brake.

This is true. A lot of jams are caused by bad traffic flow caused by dick fuck drivers, middle lane hogs etc etc.

I done from Lee Mitchells to mine in the arden Astra in 50 minutes, that was M25/M3/A329/M4.

Steve, yeah, they used to have M25 racing, all the way round as fast as possible.
I remember some chap did it in a Ferrari in about an hour, 45 minutes is scarey. Wouldn't get away with it now, stupid cameras 
Don't start me off on lane discipline.
3 lanes, sit in middle, means everyone has to squeeze into 1 lane to overtake, or do what I do, and go up the inside showing said middle lane tosser the international sign of Oil Tanker.
