Restless Leg Syndrome
No I am not joking, its a recognised syndrome and ive fucking got the cnut!
Basically during the onset of sleep your legs suddenly get restless and you get an uncontrollable urge to violently throw them around, stretch them out etc etc. Its a right sod as it prevents you from falling asleep even though you are really knackered. It can also randomly wake you during the night which keeps happening to me as well.
Does this happen to anyone else? I need to find a preventative treatment for this as its leaving me so tired its not funny.

I can see where this is going and sadly its not something that causes you to have a spac attack either in your sleep or when concious.
Its just the urge that your legs are so restless you want to throw them around or get up and run up and down the stairs.
It is not involuntary muscle action.
