Decent manifold and system pref 2.5" ( i have one for sale for £550, piper full system)
Inlet manifold (ebay copy will do)
Cams (256degree 9.45mm lift sort of spec)
and a remap will see 175bhp

for 180bhp prob will need ported and polished head or higher spec cams

180 BHP isn't exactly hard core. Some mentioned on here are.

Reckon 170bhp for 1.6xes up, and 210 for 20xes.

J200 - what specs is ur xe going to be?

Was it jamesvalver that had the total vaux feature few years back? Ment to be a 250bhp motor xcept had stock pistons and qeds mildest cams?

Birchie run at totb? As sur that was 230bhp ish, went well

my xe is a x30xe its not a redtop its a v6, Not a great deal done custom 6branch manifold and a chip but the v6 is 210bhp standard, Heres a crappy pic of my manifolds

my x14xe could do a little wheelspin in 2nd, only had a k&n 57i induction kit with a mongoose catalytic converter-back stainless steel exhaust system, twin oval twin pipes

mine should be around 200 BHP, has some serious gremlins that i need to sort out though!! its a 20xe on tb's

Im now a clio 197 owner though will i ever finish the corsa? broster think you could fix it?
