Yes u can do, theres a subaru impreza near me thats running on permanant nitrous, it uses something like 0.25lb of nitrous per hour or something like that, but the guy whos got it says its kicking out just under 500 bhp permanant, and u feel the turbo kick in, and THEN you feel the nitrous kick in.

Fkin fast!

Nitrous DOES NOT damage the engine at all, it is an urban myth.
If you want to see the episode on top gear then download it here: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/mark.brindley1/TopGear%20Nitrous.wmv

It will run perfectly well on your vauxhall and without doubt your car will have the potential to outrun the odd porsche on your local roads

just the kit that e30 is sellin....

shud come with 25bhp jets to start, then u just upgrade the solenoids to 50bhp ones...

Performance wise it was fitted on a corsa sport 1.4 16v so with 50bhp jets thats around 140bhp, prob not that in reality but it pulled away from a gsi.

CRB 553 knows his stuff, fitting is indeed as easy as anything gets really.
Fitting 50bhp kit will pin you to your seat when you press the happy peddle.
Nos transforms the car, making it a missile from hell.

Most decent companies will add a 15% premium for using the nitrous.

Would a lot of other work be required to put this into a 1.2 16V SXI engine?

Like I dont know really.. strengthening the engine or anything? :S

nothing at all mate, just fit it and away you go.

of course, if you wanted 200bhp then yes, you would need work but for 50bhp there would be no problems whatsoever.
