I'm sure a few people on here have these or lego sets of some sort, and a guy at work as just spent £600 on the stuff I didn't realise how expensive it was
The death star alone was £275

Some of it has stopped being made and is properly collectable. Try finding one of the AT-ATs

I think thats one of the newer ones, as the old ones weren't motorised. Even so, i'm having to use all my willpower not to buy that

I love Lego cause it's fun building it, it's stupid money though and useless to me once I've built it

£600, bit much for something to build then just look at
I always feel mad when I buy bits for my old remote control cars knowing full well i'll run it around the garden once and put it back in the loft but i'm talking about £50, not £600 !

some lego kits go up in value once lego have sold out, thats why i bought the bulldozer, was only £99 when released, now you have to pay about twice that for a new one from germany, £130ish for a 2nd hand one

LEGO is like children. They're fun to make, but once done they're useless and just take up space...

I'm not a fan of the lego kits where they make only one main model.I prefered the classics sets where you could build what you want.
