i have cav turbo wheels on my corsa and rang up hi spec today to buy the 300mm 4 pot kit for it but after messuring the wheels there is not enough clearance from the disk to the back of the spokes, they said the only way to go is to change the wheels but i dont want to do that, is anyone else using cav turbo wheels with a big brake upgrade? is so pics and details please, thanks

you will probably find most 4pot kits will rub the spokes unless you fit spacers/change wheels or depending on how much its catching , grind some off the caliper.

I know you can fit GM 308mm Brakes under them (using the Vectra 288mm 'V6' Calipers)

But if you are looking at aftermarket, that probably isn't much use...

You would get 285mm disks with some wilwood midilites under there mate.

Rally Design are an approved Wilwood Dealer

A mate has just bought a 280mm 4-Pot setup for his Nova from them - impressed with the kit and service

how much were them, is there much clearance between the caliper and back of the spoke

We had to use a 3mm (IIRC) spacer for the Cesaros
We didn't have to use a spacer for my wheels (White TDs)

They were a smidge under £500 IIRC

Go for a Billet Kit if possible - the ones pictured are Billet Midilites i think

Redrilling the Disc to 5-Stud sounds fine, i think the central bore will clear 5-std hubs...

Couldn't say RE dimensions - the kit was only trial fitted to my car, then taken back off and away for Mateys Nova

I may have led you down a slightly wrong path - looking through the Nova project thread he has,

He upgraded to Dynalite Billet on the 280mm Discs
