Whats the big thing im missing with cars being painted matt black?

Is it just an easy way to tart up a shit car?

Lad over the road has an Ibiza hes just painted matt black.
There are 2 Corsa B's round here matt black. Ones even got a FMIC but its a 1.2

Couldnt it be seen as going equiped to steal? i dont get it.

easy do it yourself paint job i rekon suits anything looks gash and a nightmare to clean lol

I think it can look cool when done professionally on some kind of supercar.

ive sprayed my engine cover in matt black but i wouldnt go as far as the whole car.

i do know of someone who has DIY sprayed the whole car. apart from the windows, mirrors, lights wheels etc

That RS4 (or 6?) looks cool as fuck. It does look cool on supercar style cars but at the same time if I was spending all that money I'd want it to shine.
