Anyone got a credit report from these guys?

I did the application and it told me theyu needed some more info so i called them. Some guy clearly from a call center in india or birmingham answered, asked some details then told me i had to send off ID!?

Anyone else had issues with them?

Just get a credit report of Experian, still free and people use them all the time. Never heard of Equifax.

Experian are gay.

Signed up and now cant log in. Emailed them and they say they'll reply in 2 days

check my file is good, you can see your credit record from 3 different companies that people might have searched with, it does cost though, its £17.99 every quarter.

You have to send ID if they can't match your identity. It's not there fault, it's usually down to moving address frequently or not being on the electorol role
