Bogg Bros are one I can think of.
Most sheet metal fabricators could do them if you had a drawing/gasket...

Anywhere with a CNC mill could do it for your if you can provide them a DWG file

ah didn't know if you meant inlet or exhaust manifold,
yellow pages laser cutting, usually takes 2-3days and around 15-30quid

Stainless steel is prob the best idea. Aluminium will expand/contract at different speeds so may cause blowing opr crack something.

S&O fabrications, here in west yorkshire. If you send them the gasket im sure they will be able to lazer cut you one.
Thats where i get amm my mild steel fab work done.

Water jet cutters are well cool, a armour company I've do work for has a few
But any sheet metal fab company will be able to do it with a gasket for a pattern.

Will have to be water jetted or machined, can't really make 8mm holes in 25mm material with a laser cutter, you'll end up with a mess of a hole.

i was gonna say id do it for you, till i seen you needed it to be 25mm, as my laser only cuts up to 20mm plate.
