Otherday I paid someone £385, moments later for some reason it was refunded, as it was paid by direct debit, i was told be sent back to my card, which takes 5 days :s
Now, I just sold a gift card, on ebay. Person paid, i sent them code by email, now there money has been returned by to them, ! :/
Can't call them as it's the gf account, and shes not here, anyone heard of this, or kno what else i could od

get on the phone to them mate, they have a customer service, takes a while to get through though

I can't call them as its the Gf's account,t hey won't discuss with me. I have used it fine between both them transactions too, badgers

Ah, she has now spoken to them, apparantly its a known problem at the moment and its happening quite alot:/
