Hi Team,

Can finally post in here now Me and the Mrs just finalised buying our first home today

Cant seem to copy the pics but the link is below

http://www.warnersllp.com/view_property.php?id=1378

Now, who wants to cook our tea? Got a feeling this may be a shock to the system after 24 1/2 years with the rents

How did you adopt to moving out?

Looks a good size and quality for the price in what is quite a high priced area (Edinburgh?).

Nice choice and can move straight in no problem.

As for adapting, I did it the slow way, moved out to uni, then rented with missus, and bought this year in March so its been a nice slow progression and has worked perfect.

Enjoy the responsibility

edit - thats a nice advert as well tbh, much more effort than the shit they have round here where they chuck a picture up and get what I can only assume is their 6 year old spelling bee reject child to write it for them

Thanks lads! Danny aye it's Edinburgh but on the outskirts (15 mins by bus to City centre). Think it's different to England when buying / selling houses in that it has to be a qualified solicitor in Scotland that does everything an estate agent normally would. (Fee Kindness could clear that up)

The slow progression sounds good. I've never lived away from home so going in at the deep end.

Sure I'll learn though lol!
