ive just noticed a slight oil leak and have taken the car to a local mechanic whos quoted around 300 quid to sort it is that over priced and how much work is it ? cheers

Rocker cover off, cam saddles undone and cam pulleys removed iirc. Shouldn't take a mechanic more than an hour tops I'd have thought and that's for both. Go down to this guys garage and spit on him for being an over charging prick.
