The tigra does appear to handle better, but only due to the fact the corsa i was comparing it to was a 1.0 which was totally standard.

Comparing my now modded 1.0, to my standard 1.6 tigra, the corsa is much better.

Il find out next week or week after as ive just bought a sport so be able to get a better idea.

The tigra feels slighty better imo though as you sit lower and the roof is closer to your noggin so. I prefer sitting in my tigra than i do my corsa.

Driven both lowered around 60mm on crap suspension and the tigra does feel the better car. Even when lowered it doesn't seem to roll round corners like the corsa does.

Nova is the best of the 3, being that the chassis was designed in the late 70's.

I think the Tigra was woefull, it's a heavy feeling small car hence why it might feel a bit more planted.

Ive owned a 1.6 tigra then a 1.6 corsa.

Basic form the tigra handled better and felt sportier.
Tigras shell is lower down than the corsa so lower centre of gravity, tigra has the better alloys with lower profile tyres and last of all the driving position is alot lower to the ground so feels alot better.Hope this helps.

The basic chassis is the same yes, but of course the bodyshell is different and the roof is lower. Most tigras come with both front and rear anti-roll bars, plus i believe the suspension is about 10-20mm lower then the same corsa.

Ive driven all 4 and imo.
Corsa B (1600 Sport) and Tigra A (1600 Bamuda) have no differance.

Corsa C (1800 SRi) and Tigra B (1800 Sport) have no differance.

All in std form.

And in std form the Corsa C and Tigra B handle better that a Corsa B and Tigra A.
