been quiet on here as Im half way through a 3rd extention on my parents house
Getting 2 new bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, made out of one old bedroom and bathroom and the space over the kitchen and rear lounge
New ceillings downstairs
Every room redecorated
New flooring
New/moved boiler and new rads
New doors and windows/patio doors
Rendered
Pitch roof on garage and electric doors
Only things staying is the TVs, dinning table and chairs in lounge lol!
Should take a while

Little update:
I have done all the plans myself, and the rooms have turned out perfect sizes
Rain got in and collapsed the ceillings downstairs - oops - and ruined all the kitchen and furniture in the rear lounge
Besides that its been OK so far
Outside is now water tight after 2 weeks, hold up being the lintles being made
Windows in
Bathroom going in this week and new boiler came today - not had running water for a week now

Fair play for doing all that yourself. Did you have many problems getting your own plans through Planning and building inspections or were they quite friendly?

Im also adding a 3rd wing to my parents house..It will hold the Olympic Pool and Full Gym.
