Everyone knows half the stuff they write up is rubbish but in this article they noted a Lambo as a ferrari im assuming as its red

at the Daily Mail, but they do highlight such an issue.

Surely they could bring in a law that said any foreign registered vehicles (including speeding Polish lorries etc) that rack up a fine should have to pay it on the spot / at customs before their vehicle is released back to their home country, or we seize it and auction it off to get the money back. That way WE are always quids in, instead of it being the other way around as usual

but its good when 'we' are in mainland europe blasting through their speed cameras

I've been flashed about 10times in france in about 4 or 5 different cars - I dont want them catching up with me.

I don't really understand how taxpayers are footing the bill....what bill?!

It's not as if the money is due to cover something...it's a penalty fine...if the car's weren't parked illegally so they wouldnt get any money in those circumstances
Surely getting some of the fines paid is better than having no fines to issue at all
