It sounds like you held back an awful lot mate, dropping out of vtec quite a bit.

The CTR is pretty gutless out of vtec so thats your first priority keeping those revs as high as you possibly can.

Be more commited through the corners as well.

You were probably doing really well but in the vid it looks like your over cautious

Tbh i think i was braking early, its due a pair of tyres too so they would have helped, bald inner on the nsf was breaking traction later on

Cant help thinking the money for the Gruppe M would have been spent better on some springs and camber adjusters

Paul your S2k sound well!

Fucking difficult to keep it on cam round there I found. Brands is ace for their gearboxes but castle coombe some of them are not one of the other. ie go in 2nd and you end up running out of revs or you fall off cam

The difference the Eibach springs and camber bolts made on the wifes CTR was unreal. I thought it handled like a go-kart already but after the fast road set up it was a different car.

Ah right I see.

Having never driven on track i'm probably just talkin shit anyways

I suppose it would be difficult to keep the car above 6k at all times if the track doesnt allow it.

It's weird, feels a different car on road than it does on track
