Hi all been smelling burning oil for ages and decided to check it out and today when i looked i noticed that the bottom of the dipstick holder thing was leaking and was wondering....Is there a easy cheap permanent fix? or i it expensive and need a mechanic.

think it pulls out and you replace a little o-ring to seal it again

ahhh ok cheers mate you think it would be easier to replace the ring and the actually holder just incase?

if it were me i think i'd try the o-ring first, cant say for sure it pulls out like that though!!

fixed that with some really good sealent stuff but now my oil pressure switch is leaking lol it gets better and better.

i'd just change that one. not hard, unscrew and screw in new one... just put your finger ove rthe hole while nothin's there coz it'll pour out
|
