Rip off all the old underseal, treat any rust/weld up holes, seam seal seams, then imo, spray on proper thick rubbery hard underseal.

Ive found stuff that needs a air compressor etc is usualy best. I cant think of the name of the stuff i used

plan to do this myself.. but need to sort drivers door out self locking ,

Shults (sp) i've been recomened, comes in a can or paint can form i think..

Schultz.. You can buy it in an aplicator gun you just plug it into your compressor.

yeah.. but ideally you need to get all the other crap off. thats the hard bit! good idea to put some zinc based primer down first too.

Down to the paintwork metal? Or bare?

I though i could scrub off the the other underseal, give it a good clean, prime then Shultz it?

I can't imagine the underseal n a 22 year old car being stubborn/existing
