Hi
any one know if i can get an alternator belt for a C16XE but without the powerd steering or engine mount wheel ??? so its just the bottom pulley and alternator

To answer the question you can get a non PAS mount and belt from a pre-97 1.4 16v SRi/Sport that didn't have PAS.

Quite rare to come across though.

OR

You could change the pulleys on the alternator and bottom pulley to v-belt pulleys rather than wide belt and take an angle grinder to your engine mount.
