It's a matter for the police to sort out tbh. I've seen police in their cars just drive past, or be behind cars that have de-faced (so to speak) what the number plate should be, but they do fuck all about it.

I spotted an audi r8 the other day and to be fair the guy did look like a chav but his plate was R8 FTW kinda ruined the car when you no what ftw stands for

There's an asian chav round here, about 20 at the oldest, drives laps round the local town in his white R8 with his music up full. Destroys the look of what would otherwise have been a lovely car.
