Is there any point in putting a derv battery on my 2.0 vectra? Say a 2.0dti one?

Am i right in saying that derv ones have more Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr?

Where is best place to get them?

No point unless you either need it or its cheaper than a normal one.

Europarts charged me £35 for a battery for my 2.0 Clio couple of weeks ago which I thought was good

deisel ones have a better CCA and A/h rating so yes it would be good for the winter, a good mod for 6 cylinder bmw e36's is putting in a e46 330d battery as it physically fits but much better.
