What do you guys have before bed?
I like most foods apart from mushrooms.... but it takes me ages to eat a tub of cottage cheese, just not the biggest fan, are there any alternatives?

There's one in morrisons whitte with chives and onion, comes in a 300g tub, think its about 80 kcal per 100g, Its a low fat one but will prob do it full fat if your looking to put on the lb's

you'd have to get through at least a tub a night for it to be usefu on its own.

I'm sure the full fat ones will hold a lot more calories, as this one was 1% fat stuff, as I'm trying to lose weight not like Whittie
