If I sell a product on there that is still factory sealed and brand new.

If the product has "Scratches all over it, and the 3 pin plug snapped" Am I to refund them or would it fall under the 12 month Manufacture warrenty?

If they are claiming it's faulty you have to tell them to return the item to you and then refund them the full price they paid, and then you have to get a replacement off the manufacturer/person you bought it off yourself...
