Pictures say a thousand words

Putting a 1.6 16v in with lots of mods aiming for 150 bhp (VXR, don't even bother posting in here about your 161 bhp 1.6)

I've already been told the welding is crap. I didn't weld it.

Not alot, most of the rust is surface rust, the rear arches need attention but nothing major.

Pulled my finger out today and got a little bit done on her, pushed the wires back through-ish removed the soundproofing on the bulkhead, removed the steering rack, got more sanding/rust removing and welding done (also found more rust ), no pics yet will have some tomorrow. I'm glad to report Gareth's welding has improved though (and I didn't attempt any ) also received a parcel this morning which was a Nova GSi flywheel, I thought these things were supposed to be lighter than Corsa GSi ones, it nearly broke my wrist it will be taken to be made lighter and balanced though.

Blimey fatty, put less vinegar on your chips and put it around the seams at the front of that car.

The rust bug has already got it's teeth in, flogging a dead horse TBH.

I really don't know what rust you're looking at. Are you looking at the front panel, or the wings, where?

Its alright, not the best standard shell I've seen but far from the worst, the passenger side rear arch needs attention inside and out.

Update coming with pics in a few minutes.
