I made a quick video demonstrating the basic outline how it is achieved, im not the most praticed card handler in the world but you get the idea, the cards are a normal pack of cards in a random order, i show the top and bottom cards to indicate how at the end the whole pack is all back in order it started in again.

I do various shuffles and cuts throughout, thats how the trick is achieved, he has the pack in a specific order at the start, then does various magic shuffles and cuts like I show and his cards all remain in the same order.

You do have card shuffeling skills yo, I was impressed and somewhat sexually aroused, that could have been the jacket though.
