Well tonight the shoe's collapses inside the drum on my back left brake, how much roughly would i be looking at to have this replaced, many thanks danny 
Edit: Or would it be worth doing the rear disc coversion as i have the kit ready and waiting

i would personally just replace the shoes, to replace the shoes on both sides you would be looking at about 1 hour labour. so whatever your garage charges per hour then the parts on top of it. wouldnt imagine a set of brake shoes would be to expensive though

I'd just buy a drum from a scrappie, about £10-15
