Is it possible to get illuminated ones to fit straight in? I've got a Sony Vaio at the moment but like working in the dark at home, and cant stand the usb led light ive got not illuminating(sp?) enough.
Any help would be great.

My thinkpad has a cool little LED light that illuminates the keyboard. Hope that helps.

lol being seious tho, although it's a crude way of doing it, you could buy one of those couple of quid usb lights that clips onto your screen off ebay.

I've seen them before and know exactly what you mean.
I'll have a look, alternatively you could mount some ultrabright leds (can't remember the real name, about Ł30 for 10 in maplin and they are tiny things) along the base of the screen so it illuminates the keys

@Pow: Think macbook was where I got the idea from but not a huge mac fan tbh and Alienware whats all that about? I've not long bought this Vaio so I can't really justify to spend another X hundred quid just so I've got illuminated keyboard unless I sold this first.
