Just getting a new set of wheels I got the other night refumished and was wandering what is the best cleaner and protectant/sealer to use.

Been using alloy wheel cleaner from Halfords on my old wheels but don't fancy using it on the new wheels as I am going a different colour.

Just looking for a decent sealant/protector for the wheels, Something that lasts a while

What can you reccomend!

Rich H gave me some stuff to clean my snowflakes when i had the gsi, there was shit loads of brake dust from my yellow stuff pads and tar, came off without any real effort. It was cheap too.

I've used AG custom wheel cleaner to get rid of brake dust residue on my OZ's. Usually use a few coats of jetseal for sealant, hasn't done me wrong yet.

Just looking at the Bilberry wheel cleaner and poorboys wheel sealant.

Would i be right in thinking a good coat of normal car wax do just as well?
