why do you want seats belts in a car without seats
either put the seats back in or remove the belts

Just take them out, it's a 5 minute job. Why have belts in but no seats?

Because at the mo my astra isnt very trust worthy and has broke dwn a few times so ill need the corsa to take my son out etc. So i dont want the hassle of takeing the belts in and out, its easyer to do tha seats
Does that awnser all the sarcastic comments?

it will pass, the law is that if you remove your seats and belts, dont declare it to the dvla then the mot tester has to test 5 belts so leave them to be safe
how ever i have not told the dvla and have passed two mots with nothing in the back
