weird. pretty sure yoko s drive only been out just over 2 years. they replaced the a539 kinda end of 2007, early 2008. no matter though. nankang will be the better of the low end budget tyres. by that i mean id pick them over something noboday has heard of.

Personally rate s drives as best road tyre I had on corsa. Rain, ice, snow, floods, track day, flat out down motorway etc. Great on my car.

Nankang NS2.Found them to be better than S Drives. On my old V6 Astra. Were a good tyre in all honesty.
Are you having a laugh?? Its a day and night difference in the performance of these two tyres! In the wet and dry you have FAR more superior traction with the s-drive compared to the NS2. NS2's are known as ditch finders for a reason! (and yes I have used both tyres)

Did you have them on your V6 Astra too??
I found them awesome in the dry, very grippy.Didnt have issues with them in the wet either.
Nope I had them on a 1.7 na diesel corsa and could still spin them up in the wet. Horrible tyre in the wet!

true, so if your v6 astra was so amazing on NS2's, imagine how brap it would have been on some better tyres

Tbh it probably wouldnt have been all that better.Wheelspin was minimal.Gripped pretty well.Good enough for an everyday road car with the exception of the odd blast.
