is it a good idea to under seal my car with that black tar stuff (dont know the correct name)

Pretty pointless unless its damaged somehow, best bet is to inject some shit into the chassis legs as they usually rust inside out.

Is it an import?

If it is it wont have any factory underseal so its well worth doing imo

I would spray a thick coat of Dynax S50, including inside the chassis legs, seams etc.

Not going to last years obviously. I would apply it once or twice a year, would be much easier if you had a ramp and air compressor
