What 'chip' do you run with the carbs then?
All the parts you listed are standard just fresh rebuilt parts with exception of the cams.
I'd be surprised if that was over 160 tbh
and certainly no were near 200 on a standard inlet/management

about 165bhp a set of twin 45 carbs may get you close to 190bhp tho.

I'm not knocking it by the way it will be a nice healthy reliable engine after having a nice rebuild.
In reality if you want to make the best use of your cams and manifold your going to have to remap the ecu by means of a chip.
Prob be about 180 then.

I'd say about 190 with the carbs and everything.

I'd say about 170.
Dreaming if you think 190bhp... and if you get 190bhp the rollers will be out
No mention of ECU? Map?? Verniers?

You really need a map for your car, rather than a 'chip'.
If you are using the term 'chip' to describe a pre-mapped chip than is just inserted into your ECU.
