just had a cat back fitted to my 1 litre corsa b and it stupidly loud , infact louder than a subaru
i have a bore backbox. any 1 got any suggestions to a new back box to make tht little less noisy?

Most exhaust systems have a bore.

I think you are talking about a brand of back box? Like a Big Bore 4?

Just buy a decent quality exhaust and it won't make people laugh at you when you drive past.

its a 4 inch bore lol it makes my car sound like i have a massive engine with the cat back system wouls a peco 2 inch be ok mate

The whole exhaust has a 4inch bore?!

Or does the back box have a 4 inch exhaust tip?

well my cat back is obv thin piping but the backbox is fair big

same as that but its extremley loud mate

The size of the exhaust tip won't be the cause of the problem

Is it just a straight pipe from the cat back?

Just get a centre box put in

Mate just get a middle box put in the system. You, may also want to change that back box as its a bit 2001.

P.s ignore the people taking the piss, they wonder why the site has no new members?
