Was playing earlier just trying to finish the game and got through to the level where your on "rebirth island"
(the one with the tediously long intro in an elevator)

So I was playing fine no issues then the screen went boom! Went black and got this error mesh:

Anyone seen this before?!
Had to start the entire mission again, I had gotten to the bit past the hazmat suits and all the vehicles etc. It took me ages to redo as I just CBA so I kept getting killed as I was only playing half arsed.

I had it on cod4 once, I think i have a picture. Dno what it meant though lol
