Ive had them constantly for almost 2 days now Really annoying, causing my chest to ache too. Anyone know how to get rid??

2 days?! I get annoyed when they last for more than 10 mins, i tend to hold my breath which normally gets rid.

Ive tried that I did get them to go last night, by drinking water really quickly. But even that wont work now.

I don't beleive theres any real cure. I just usually do something to take my mind of them then next time I realise, they're gone.
