my guess is he's made a huge profit.
i only buy songs if i like them. i wouldn't buy a song if i didn't like it or just to stop someone else getting no.1 in the charts.

He's sang mostly a lot of shite; Britney Spears, Katy Perry and other various pop crap week after week. Now he's won they've given him a song from possibly the biggest rock group in Britain just now and a song that was out this very year.

I hate X-factor so its no surprise I hate his cover, but its such a lazy way to make a single.
Given the mega profits being made they could've at least written a new track.

I think everyone should just buy what they want and not be led by campaigns or the internetz 
If X Factor is number 1 then so be it, it'll only stop being number 1 if people stop buying it of their own accord.

hes another fucking odd job "musician" generated by the money making machine.yeah he can sing but so can a few in my local pub, its a popularity contest cloaked by glorified karaoke. He will have his 15 mins of fame, i just hope he enjoys it
