We got a small bonus 2 years ago at xmas. Didn't get one last xmas so not expecting one this year even though we are turning over more each year

Since getting promoted to manager of my place of employment, which is in the last three months I personally have increased my employers profits 35% on paper as proof and in the accounts as proof of this......I got a ham! Better than a poke in the eye with a burnt stick I suppose  may just have to slow down a bit next year I think
