Set £500 in June each year and performance related bonus in March each year. Last year was around £1400.

Work for northumbrian water, test air emissions from places like cement sites and power stations.
No bonus. No rise next year. No promotion for at least another year.

Building Surveyor.
Some years we've been given £30/40, sometimes a few bottles of drink. Nothing more than a token tbh (which is fine).
We also get quarterly profit share if gross earnings are over a certain threshold, and an annual lump sum in April depending on performance.
I usually do pretty well

Self employed running an internet based retail company but when the sales die down again after Christmas and New Years then I will be investing more time and money into sorting out the patent application for something that I have invented, and hopefully starting that up as another business

Im a sales manager and engineer for a company that supply and service wide format industrial printers.
I get profit share every 6 months, cant remember exact % but usually come away with £1k-1.5 before tax.

Marketing Assistant.
No Christmas bonus. But quite a good commission scheme. 2.5% of GP that I put a salesman into, through the Telemarketing aspect of the role.
Done pretty well out of the last few months and commission coming my way in pre-Christmas/end of December pay packet.
