They are fools. I buy a £3 TTD sandwich every day but their meal deal allows me to still buy the sandwich + get a packet of red sky (fancy) crisps and a bottle of oasis, for the same price

no, i would have bought that sandwich on its own (as i have done for days) so they are giving me £1.79 of free stuff! you should never ever give a deal where one fo the things costs the same as the promotion

Depends on the mark up of everything and if it hasn't been selling well on it's own. Everywhere from corner shops to petrol stations to supermarkets do similar thing ATM.
