Not geek, but I've had the same problems with B&Q, only the other way round.
Want to buy some bedside tables. Not available for collection instore, and to buy online means I have to pay £15 delivery. Fucking stupid, you have stores so people can get things straight away but this particular item I have to pay £15 AND wait 2 weeks before I can get it.
Plus I'll be back at work and not around to accept delivery

Going to get GT5 was a mish yesterday, got the last copy in comet after going to gamestation and then game
in game "yeh we only have the special edition, but that's £100 instead of 40 but u get a key ring and a book with it" to which point I kindly replied fuck off
comet wer miles more helpful and after calling over the phone they kept the last one under the till until I came to pick it up, sorted
