After explaining to him i would open dispute if good not received soon, I now feel its time to do so!!

He is a regular member and i beleive he is genuine, however 4 weeks after buying goods i have received nothing, and I'm £45 down.

I realise there are backlogs of deliverys however i have manage to receive everything else fine, yet these have not even been collected yet. Instead of changing company 3 weeks ago, he sent emails back and fourth, obviously to no avail.

Item in question is v6 calipers and didcs, when i receivex i will delete this thread

So he hasnt even give them to the courier yet? and he hasn't given you a reason for it? if he has posted them then give the mail chance, we've had post from some people that posted it days ago where as parcels I'm expecting from weeks ago still haven't arrived.

No not posted.. He has offered to show emails where courier has messed about due to weather, but this all started weeks ago. Should of made other arrangments he said has spent money, so no refund.

I don't mind collecting as preety sure his fairly local, as long as postage refundex

right i wasnt bull shitting u ill send you the emails, ive been on at them everyday to which they refused me the refund, send me your email address i will send u the emails, they were finally collected today, a company called northgate on behalf of city link delivered something to me that i ordered 3 or 4 weeks ago and i asked them about a collection and they said CL were behind by 3 weeks at least im sorry for this it has been a joke but not becuase of me, so please dont start as dispute!!!

new tracking number is unt58496 but if you could drop it of at the local agents yourself then at least you know its on its way if you want

the tracking number will only show up, if the driver has scanned the parcel on board therefore once agin it will be cancelled of the system with a new one created daily until uplifted

As I said mate, I beleived you were genuine in the first post, and beleieved you had emails. although after 2 weeks, you should of been using alternative companys then chase money from city link yourself.

when received I will update this, dont take this as me having ago. See it from my POV
