Who is doing it this year??

I might give insanity a crack now i have a decent size house to do it in, rather than a freezing garage under a flat.

I still have some copies of the dvds if anyone else wants to do them

Starting back on P90X from next week. Cant wait to get back onto it really. But i just need to get further in it and do the whole thing.

The last few times i have done it, i havent got further than 30 days but i have seen some good results in the times i have done it

How much you doing the dvd's for dan, a mate of mine might want one?

yeah i did it for 30 days last january

then got really ill, and couldnt carry on, will hopefully do it this time

Think they will be £7.50 for 1, or £10 for both insanity and p90x.

Slight price increases due to everything being fucking expensive now

Looked at videos on youtube, looks good, wouldnt be able to stick tio nutrition plans and stuff though as Im a roofer and dont tend to eat healthy foods while im working!
